Service Description
Looking to get the sweat up with a quick session in the comfort of your own home? These online classes can range from circuit style classes, tabata, HIIT, bodyweight, ladder style workouts and core workouts. Most classes include a finisher to hit a specific body part hard at the end of class. These sessions last 45 minutes in total and no two sessions are the same. Equipment that you may need includes: small weights, skipping rope, chair and a cone. *Clients must adhere to the privacy policy and terms of use listed on the website and clients must fill in & return the PAR Q & release and waiver of liability form to d2dfitness18@gmail.com before the start of any new course. Failure to return the signed forms will result in you not being able to do the classes.
