These sessions take place at my studio where I have a range of gym equipment for your use. If you are new to fitness and have specific goals or aims this service is perfect for you. This studio has everything you need to meet your goals including a state-of-the-art squat rack including a lat pulldown and low row attachment. This service includes an initial assessment where we will discuss your previous training history, injuries and nutrition, as well as a fitness test where I’ll take measurements, before pics (If applicable) . Regular fitness tests will take place to measure progress. Each session will be tailored to your goals, but may include: Resistance training (Weights, kettlebells, Bands, bodyweight) Cardio (treadmill/bike/rowing machine) Interval sessions (Circuit, Tabata) Boxing & Core Session ( Boxing bag/pad work) Injury rehabilitation & Prevention (Posture & Flexibility) Pricing One-on-One- €30 / 10 sessions- (€275)/20 sessions-(€500) Two-on-One- €20 per person / 10 sessions- (€175 per person)/20 sessions-(€300 per person) Three/Four-on-One- €15 per person / 10 sessions- (€125 per person)/20 session - (€200 each)
